What data we process and why

Emails you send us. If you write to contacto@gamefusion.es, we process your address and what you tell us in order to reply and, where relevant, continue the conversation (press, publishers or collaborations). Legal basis: your consent when you write to us and our legitimate interest in replying. We keep messages while the conversation lasts and then for as long as needed to deal with any liability.

Technical data of your visit. When you visit the site, the server records technical data such as your IP address, browser, date and the page requested. It is used only for the security and operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest. It is managed by the hosting provider and kept for a limited time.

This site has no forms or accounts, uses no analytics or advertising tools, builds no profiles and makes no automated decisions about you.

Who receives the data

Hostinger, the website and email hosting provider (Hostinger group companies in the European Union), which processes the data on the owner's behalf as a data processor.

Google (YouTube), only if you press "Play" on a video. At that moment your browser connects to YouTube, which processes your data under its privacy policy. Google may transfer data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. More details in the cookie policy.

We share your data with nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, and you can object to its processing, by writing to contacto@gamefusion.es.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with its date.
